Where we deliver

We initially deliver within Germany only. Shipping to other countries is not currently available.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping costs €4.90 per order. This amount is displayed in addition to the price of the goods before you place a binding order.

Delivery time

Unless stated otherwise in the listing, you will receive your order within 3–5 working days from conclusion of the contract or, where advance payment has been agreed, from receipt of payment. Working days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Many of our vintage pieces are one of a kind. Availability at checkout is decisive; adding an item to your shopping bag does not reserve it.

Payment

You can use the payment methods displayed at checkout. Online payments are processed through Stripe. Before completing your order, you will see all available payment options and the total amount in euros.

The displayed item prices are total prices; the shipping costs stated above are additional. No additional payment fees will be charged unless disclosed before you complete your order.

Returns

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you withdraw, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Details about the period, refunds and your rights are available in our Right of withdrawal information and model form.
