Your right of withdrawal

If you order as a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

The period begins on the day you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. Where several goods in a single order are delivered separately, receipt of the last item is decisive. Where an item is delivered in several instalments, the period begins on receipt of the last instalment.

How to withdraw

Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw from the contract, for example by email or letter. Address your notice to:

You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. No reason is required. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires.

Refunds

Following withdrawal, we refund the payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery we offer. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery method chosen by you are not refunded. We will refund you no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of their return, whichever occurs first.

We use the same payment method you used for the purchase unless we expressly agree otherwise with you. We do not charge a fee for the refund.

Returning the goods

Send or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice to:

It is sufficient to send the goods before this period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Claims relating to incorrect or defective items remain unaffected.

You are liable for any diminished value only if it results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Please package the item securely. Original packaging, prior authorisation or a particular shipping method are not prerequisites for exercising your right of withdrawal. An order number helps us identify your order but is not required for a valid withdrawal.
